TLR Most of the deaths were ZOMG FREAK ACCIDENTS. No one tried neutral + E brake! A CHP officer, the one who made this "official", did not even know to put it into neutral and E brake. What is a CHP officer? CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL. I live in california, and I think it HILARIOUS that he did not know that, so before calling others IGNANT you should learn to read.
