I repeatedly visited the correct areas for most of them. I know I got Neko Platinum, Colossus, Ambrosia, Leviathan and Alexandra at the area in 14 but not much else. I've spotted the 4th stage for a couple others @ that area but I couldn't kill them in a reasonable amount of time or maybe just left accidentally (the 4th Werewolf and pterodactyl, and I think the 3rd Demon & Vampire)
I do have 266 luck though, they spawn rare monsters a lot and I get crystals way more often than I used to.
