what is the level requirements for each quest in the neo city chain?
I started it, got a partner, and was raring to go, only to find out after moonlight docks that i couldn't go to the next level because I was too low level for the quest? what is the highest level requirement in each section of neo city. Because i want to do them section by section, but dont want to have to go into the same section twice/more than is required.
