When I took Pre-Calc. in HS, we did a lot of Statistics material at the end of the class, so when I went on to take Elem. Stats at the university level, it was really easy. Only like half the class was really new to me.
But, a lot of people did really bad in there because they try to shove an entire textbook in one semester, two days a week. So it was easy to fail out if you didn't pay attention or at least read the material.
My g/f took AP Stats and passed the exam with a 5 and she didn't cover nearly as much as us...you'd probably do fine. Unless you just flat out don't pay attention or do any work. o~o;
