Why is maplestory called maplestory?

Why is LaTale called LaTale? What about World of Warcraft? Luna? Runescape?

Why's your name Francis? Are you named after a prince or something? Who named the prince, and why?

World of Warcraft is a world and they all make war hence WoW

Luna is the same as maple i will give you that.

and hes named Francis because he parents got pineappleing drunk one night had some pineappleed up sex and then they where like whats a name that our new son will get a heaps of pomegranate for.
