how do you get the beginner [class] hats?

Don't try this unless you're above 40, as you won't be able to access the boss and get the hat from the quest. The pre-quests do help with the quest specialist medal, but I doubt you're aiming to get that.

well, i just restarted the game, and so far im only level 19. no worries on that end. xP
