Are Pirates being released in the next 3 weeks?

they won't tespia pirates FOR SURE they wanna make it a suprise to all..only un important things will get tespia'd ...well..thats what I think atleast

What reason would they have to not hold a Tespia session for Pirates? The purpose of Tespia is to observe for glitches in the content, and naturally that would be a good idea to test something like Pirates that way when they're implemented into the actual server, there's no problems that need to be sorted out. And something as major as Pirates would most likely get an announcement stating its an upcoming release in the near future, similar to how they did with 4th Job. And the reason they are unwilling to use a Tespia session for Masteria content is stated later in my post in response to a second quote.

It won't be a surprise, other versions have it. CWK isn't Tespia'd because we're the first version to get it.

Well, actually, that isn't necessarily the reason. Some other versions had a test server session prior to the release of an 'exclusive content'; for example Japan tested Kaede Castle a short time before the released it to the public client, and I believe they did the same for the Shaolin Temple area for China.

What NXProse directly had to say about why there wasn't gonna be was "Nope, you're all going to experience the update at one time". You can infer that Prose was implying that he wants people to feel more of a suprise at its release instead of us having some knowledge about the area before its release by having the select amount of people finding out beforehand the actual release.
In other words, Nexon wants to keep the veil of mystery over Crimsonwood Keep so we don't exactly know what to anticipate.
