Things I'd like to see:
- better account information security on the site (no using referrals to get your name, etc.)
- more security options for players:
-- lock out account/chars (temporarily)
-- kick player off account (immediate via website using security info)
--- allow report to Nexon including IP, MAC address, etc. of intruder & allow player to ban that mac/ip from accessing account
-- lock items onto account or character (permanently)
-- security confirmation on major NX purchases
-- security confirmation on major ingame transfers (optional)
- maybe allow players to view logs of site/game logins for their account?
The security options are things that would help protect anyone who gets "hacked", whether it's through phishing, hijacking, db holes, etc. and reduce the need for compensation.
