You are talking as if it is Nexon NA who will develop MS2. Nexon Korea, as far as I know, doesn't have any of the problems we are having in GMS (their server is even more balanced in terms of damage)ยด.
My thoughts are, MS2 might be the end of MS1 right? since the black magician would be the perfect clousure to our currentt chapter, maybe that means Nexon Krea will be finally releasing him around this year. (although again, we still are missing 3 legends).
