It's around 1750, not 2000. I know I had it at 1800 kills, but I missed when exactly it happened.
The Weapon Speed mod does not stack with Booster, so up after 500 kills (1000 for Aran, and ~1750 for Buccaneers with 11+ Wind Booster), you're better of NOT casting Booster.
