It was pointed out to Hime that even without the possibility of a database breach, that there are too many loopholes a hacker can use to steal and account. All anyone needs to take full control of an account is the email and the birthday, assuming the email can be cracked. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isnt it possible to hack a player knowing only his user name? Regardless, peoples' accounts can be hacked with very little information revealed about them and that is a serious problem to begin with.
If I recall, Hime was asked why Nexon removed the security questions we used to have to answer in order to claim ownership of our accounts and change information. She responded in typical fashion by dodging the question. She's trained awfully well it seems.
