I laugh at account security being our responsibility and their "many" security measures. Pray tell...Last name and birthday?

If it is the case that security is our responsibility. I would love to see:

- Options to change our e-mail, after a ticket inquiry to verify owner ship.
- Options to not delete characters no matter what unless ticketed with specific info
- Return of security questions

MSEA got the authenticator system already It's currently in testing state before being released.
