Depends on how much is being asked of. If there were, let's say 4 classes. Originally, it was like this in terms of damage:
Warrior - 1st
Thief - 2nd
Magician - 3rd
Bowmen - 4th
Then the company decides to re-vamp it and make it so that now Thief can do ALMOST as much damage as Warrior, to the point which they're almost tied. Bowmen had a huuuge boost, and is now doing the most damage, tier is now:
Bowmen - 1st
Warrior - 2nd
Thief - 3rd
Magician - 4th
Magician players now whine and says "Oh, how come you vamped those classes but not us?". Then the Warrior-classes complains because some one now passed them, rinse&repeat. People are never satisfied. True that it is normal to feel unsatisfied with your class, after putting so much dedication and time into it, but things are always changing. I expected classes such as Corsairs to beat Night Lords, and I am not complaining saying "I wish I could be the top 1v1 class again! Damn!".
