Vega's Spell: Final Week

Yeah. 30k - 40k NX for scrolling an overall is completely realistic. It's easy to make some money in the MTS but not that much without either having a horseshoe in your butt or spending a ton of mesos. And that is not something that most players can do, therefore it is unrealistic.

To be fair, using a non-exploding 30% or 90% variant of any scroll is worth that 30 or 40mil+base 10% scroll if you're scrolling something worthy. Start off with dark 30s on a decently makered overall, or perhaps start with a vega or two on a well-makered one, and switch between dark 30s and vega 30s depending on how the overall is going, and finish with 90s when your satisfactory overall is in sight. It's expensive, but the end result can be worth it with some luck, and it sure beats exploding a great overall because you were feeling luckier than you were. They also put a cap on 30% values and made them a bit cheaper. Even though scrolls often seem to have a vendetta again, I always enjoy things that add depth to the scrolling scene (I absolutely love chaos scrolls and their kin, even though it's definitely not a mutual feeling). Vegas added depth, tradeoff, and making godly items easier to scroll without blowing them to hell. I didn't have to charge any NX to take advantage of them, although at times it feels like they are the ones that have been taking advantage of me.
