Twas the night before Maplemas, when all through Southperry
Not a creature was stirring, not even the Fierry;
Black Basil Boots were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that a Pink Bean soon would be there;
The Maplers were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of mad combos danced in their heads;
And mamma in her Varr, and I in a Black Feather Hat,
Had just settled in to hunt some Sage Cats,
When outside of Henesys there arose such a clatter,
That I asked Cassandra what could be the matter?
When what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a miniature sleigh pulled by eight little mobs here,
Cody was driving, he was moving so quick,
I thought for a moment this must be a trick.
No! Rapidly now, his mobs did the same,
And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name;
"Now, Balrog! now, Dunas! now, Scarlion and Vexel!
Auf Haven! Nibergen! On Zakum and Horntail!
From Lith Harbor to Nautilus! From Perion to Versal!
We come to bring Maplemas – to Bring Maplemas to All!

A wink of his eye and a twist of his head,
Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread;
He spoke to us all, bringing joy with his word,
“Let all MapleWorld party and laughter be heard!”
His sleigh did a circle, then he let out a whistle,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim, ‘ere he drove into the blue,
"Happy Maplemas players! From Nexon to you!"
