But the card SPECIFICALLY SAYS "Coke Town" as it's location.

I would guess that they have something with Coke though, and it's just not public yet. Either that, or they're banking on not being sued over it, or perhaps they got permission to use the word "Coke" just in reference to a town which may or may not be coming out eventually. Like if a monster was released whose location was identified as "El Nath Dracula Castle", it doesn't mean that we'll necessarily EVER get it, it just means that as far as the card game continuity is concerned, that is where this monster's home is, even if this location doesn't exist in the actual game.
