KMST Balance Patch

I always found it a little unfair that Avenger could activate Venom from a far distance on six monsters when Band of Thieves couldn't at all.

And don't forget that Shad's had the same trigger rate of Venom in percents as NL's, while having -way- less attacks per second (spammability of Avenger is a LOT higher then Bstep alone) to trigger Venom.

So yeah, like I said 2 years ago, BoT not triggering Venom has always been a bug, in relation to class balance, I'm glad they finally fixed it... 2 years later...
