It would have been better to try to sit back for some idle chitchat, ask her how the job is and stuff. Once you say "now give us Neo Tokyo" she's probably thinking you're just some annoying noob. She can't give you Neo Tokyo, not even an actual GM would listen to that request. She might have been interested if you just chatted normally for a while with her.

tl;dr Don't be a plantain to some random person you don't even know, especially when they can't even have any influence on what you requested.
