KMST Balance Patch

According to Fiel, critical is +150%.

The Nexon reasoning behind the skill description is that 100%+150% = 250%. It's the same thing for all the critical damage.

@Hazzy, some European countries (and I dunno who else) reverse the roles of the point and comma. So "30.000" means 30 thousand, while "30,000" means 30 pulled to three decimal places.

Oh ok, this is what I thought it was, so technically I was right I don't feel like re-hashing so many numbers out there again, but Ass/BS combo is still the best, but spamming Assassinate is not too far behind so you can't go wrong with either.
