and the upped Rapid fire doesnt REALLLLLLY add to much damage to them liek come on 30% damage on a skill that hits 8 times per second

30% added to a skill like this is a BIG difference. It's not like adding 30% to recoil shot, or flamethrower. By adding 30% per shot, the damage boosts a considerable amount. I don't think the damage boost for this skill was needed at all. The removal of pistol whipping and additional range is more than enough of a buff for Rapid Fire (a skill that's actually fine as is already).

It's okay to be strong on boat and weak off boat. We don't have to pack a big punch in both instances.
