KMST Balance Patch

Well, Fiel's extraction shows that there's no delay in Dark Sight anymore so I guess that's good news.

Just heard about this. To be honest, that is a lot better than I thought, so I can say I am happy about that

Spamming Assassinate moves from 1620ms to 1380ms: 17.3% faster/more DPS
Ass/BS macro (no 4th hit) moves from 2310ms to 2070ms: 11.6% faster/more DPS
Ass/BS macro (with 4th hit) moves from 2700ms to 2460ms: 9.8% faster/more DPS.

I suppose a 9.8% increase in damage on our current DPS, for our best bossing macro excluding dropping mesos, is actually quite good. I'll be easily breaking 4 minute BFs now

Edit: Couldn't find anything about the new BS cooldown, anyone know?
Edit2: Fixed math on last two combos, clearly I can't add at 3AM lol...
