KMST Balance Patch

Strafe should be at least 150% for Marksman.

...Now, correct me if i'm wrong, but weren't marksmen with SI doing something insane like 95~98% of bowmasters hurricane damage with strafe. .

And in that case, inferno for bowmasters should be buffed to near pierce levels

Edit: No wait, marksmen with SI can do 100 strafes per minute. thats 400 arrows. Hurricane is 500. 400 at 150% damage is 60,000% per minute, hurricane is only 50,000%. Going by numbers that showed up on google anyway.
Heck, assuming 84 strafes per minute (aka normal speed xbow+booster, supposedly) , 150% per arrow would outdamage bowmasters slightly at 50,400%.
And thats without counting in the better damage multipliers from xbows, again.
