4th job is where it needs to happen... The skills that serves no function, like ninja ambush or that takes to much SP like shadowshifter, ninja storm, the beholder hex and aura, and other more passive things needs to be looked over.
Also the notion about NLs being overpowered is old and outdated. We are really handy on bosses, but kinda suck at training compared to most others classes with multi hit skills as main attacks.
