There is a huge difference between level limited content and class limited content.

The fact that they're Arans is what warrants them not being allowed into CWKPQ. They can't get into EPQ because they weren't part of the storyline, same with CWK.

They can't get into EPQ because they're from that time period.

CKPQ storyline takes place in THE PRESENT. THE TIME PERIOD THAT THEY'RE CURRENTLY IN. There is NO reason why they should be excluded from such a PQ especially since they can do all of the pre-quests anyway.
