Are Gunners bossing classes?

I still don't get why Infighters, the slower of the pirates, get wind booster, the skill that makes people go faster, instead of Gunslingers, the class that's all about going faster.

Yeah, I definitely think 'slingers should have booster. I mean, give infighters both of the class buffs? Giving gunslingers wind booster would make both of the pirate classes have even advantage with bossing/training parties.
