By the way, your mentioned method sounds too expensive. Why not get a wireless motion sensitive mouse used for presentations, load up a game like Hizashi no Naka no Riaru, fasten the mouse to your hips and whatever toy you use for masturbation on a sturdy object at your member's height, then play away?
At least, that's an idea I've seen posted before.

I think he was referring more to the Dutch Wife kind of love pillows. As in, an inflatable body pillow with a character on it. The pillow has slots where you can store the fleshlight or whatever and go to town with.
