How do you feel about your hair?

My hair is, average. No different than Jet Li's hair in the majority of his movies. <_< Smooth like the fur on the back of a cat, to be honest. Ugh. I wanted to get my hair done like:

Probably won't do that til I'm older or something. I always wanted to grow out my hair a bit, maybe pierce my ears as well.
