Maybe they have caps lock on and are too stupid to notice. I, personally, used the change password feature which gave me a totally random password, something resembling 7ghwei18mn, and sometimes I manage to get it wrong 5 times.
Even though I memorized it.EDIT: I think I may have mentioned this in another thread, it's not that hard to bypass that message, so any person with an IQ higher than 100 and a pin cracker can still crack it.
