Character worth

HP washing is still not necessary. It's almost useless past the amount you need to take a hit. Most people don't wash to be able to take a hit, they wash because the mentality on MS is that more HP somehow helps you survive better and that unwashed players will all die the instant something attacks. Millions of dollars are then sunk into getting more HP. I don't mind people who HP wash, but it is really not necessary to this game and the huge must-do-this-and-make-Nexon-rich notion held by most people is one of my biggest pet peeves.

My stats are extremely bad compared to the people in the flaunting thread. They still only outdamage me by about 20%. "Less than half" is a total exaggeration.

Never did I say it was necessary. It's been my position the entire time that HP washing is an entirely elective process from player to player. I do feel, however, that in bosses that deal high damage it does make a difference in being able to take a hit. Survivability is all that it is about to me. Any other excess washing is not necessary in my opinion.

I was referring directly to myself when I said that (Sorry if that wasn't clear to you) do half of what the other people (of the DrK class) are doing. Appled I could break just over 40k. Meanwhile Peter and David are both doing low to mid 70ks. Not exactly double, but close to.
