Uh... last I check, it isn't that hard to mess up a small thing like that unintentionally. I'm sorry, but I just find it amazing that you think Nexon works like that. They may have bad customer service, but they wouldn't intentionally mess things up like this kinda stuff. Mistakes happen.
I find it even more absurd that other people are following your lead. But eh. Let's just wait and see what happens before pulling out weaponry.
