This is the 3rd year in a row they get away with this, because noone can prove noone has been able to actually buy anything. Although this is the first year all 5 pet-use items start at -1... at all servers... :')

Scania's Cash Shop worked perfectly fine. I saw them dwindle to 0 and sell out.
