That pretty much sums it out. I'll do all the easy things (ex. flushing the toilet) but I probably wont be much of a diligent cleaner...well, maybe for the first few weeks, then when school starts, I'll get slack, lol.
@Kevin: Why the random chinglish? It just makes things harder to read, lol. And my beard =/= my house. The beard is something I grow for fun, not as a matter of laziness.
I just want a deep, relaxing green as I'll be spending most of my time in the study so I want to be able to just sit back, and relax after hours of essaying away or work, lol.
As for pictures, I'll go grab that tomorrow if I have time. Some of the rooms dont have lights for whatever reason x_X
Also, cramped places can have a sense of warmth...least that's just me.
