Chapter 37 was translated very recently, if you don't know. It releases a chapter monthly, so as of right now I'm pretty sure there is no chapter 38 yet. I'll check right now and tell you.
Edit: Yeah, I don't see any raws for 38.
Also, would you guys like some learning material? Japanese isn't terribly hard to learn. It's a bit intimidating at first, but if you're not lazy with it and at least put 30 minutes aside a day to learn it, you should catch on pretty well. Hiragana and katakana take maybe a week at most to memorize (longer for me caus my memory sucks ass). Don't worry about the kanji until you've built up some vocabulary and grammar. I still suck at grammar, but that's probably because I'm too shy to actually type anything out in Japanese for fear that I make a stupid common error and embarrass myself. I don't use it in real life and don't plan to.
I've got sites and stuff if you guys need. I have a really nice kanji site too, but you don't have to worry much about kanji in the beginning.
Also, once you've gotten to a certain level of understanding, you may wanna pick up a manga series that uses furigana. My Balls doesn't use any for the commonly known kanji (only for names), so you wouldn't wanna start with reading that. I started practicing with Mirai Nikki, and played some of the pokemon games in Japanese (they're all written in hiragana).
