Taking your statement one step further, you could say that the only attacks that are reasonable are attacks like hurricane and triple throw, which hits many times a second, because they're faster than a hero's swings by about the same ratio as a hero's swings compared to an evan's speed. We all know that's not true.
Hitting slowly on an Evan could work if the dragon OHKO's everything it's hitting (which it eventually will, seeing that everything is super-buffed up).
