Opinions on Evan

If you look at the spell attacks of each skill, they are ridiculously strong, so they should be slow. kMST people just haven't maxed the skills yet for reasons like not having done quests or not passing mastery books.

Like I said earlier I would rather have weaker skills that cast faster. Who cares how powerful a class is if it's boring as hell to play.
