The Genesis frames of Dark Fog are a real turn-off.
How would it look on layered maps like Skeles or Newties? That seems to be just one plane.

It kind of is.
Fog is unlike the other ultimates in that instead of hitting 300 above and 300 below you, it hits 600 above you and 0 below.

So I would assume that the animation is all just one piece and damages everything in that range.
