Sheez, all those factors mixed in for a stat that in the end has less impact than it probably should. It's almost as silly as the Mage formula. With all that in place they might as well have just made it a direct "subtract the defense" reduction, seeing as authentic possible figures never seem to go below 0.7 per point or above 2 per point.
