Play devil's advocate all you want, xgunedx, but anyone who expects the worst of a company with a record that should be considered shady at best isn't wrong. Expectations are built on precedents, and anyone who ignores that is a fool.

I don't think that they've disappointed us with the patches.
Let's look:
-77 - Malaysia, Balrog, Atk Belts,Level Up Event (Free Pets from CSS),Adventurer Medals, Olivia Chair 50% Scrolls
-76 - Spirit Week (Not the Best Event, but what's wrong with free 2x drop, owl, and teleport rock? 5% More Chance of Scrolls Working)
-75 - Mulung Dojo, 100% Gm Scrolls (Fine Don't Count it if you don't want to)
-74 - Bug Fix for 73.
-73 - Maker Skill, KoC, Blessing, Hammers, 2x EXP event
-72 & 71 - Bug Fixes
-70 - Maplestory Anniversary, 36 Hour 2x Exp event, Exp Curve Rate, 2x EXP for the Whole Month, Skill Balancing, Mouth Maple Leaf, Maple Weapons, Quest UI change
-69 & 68 - Bug Fixes
-67 - Monster Book, Area Bosses, Quest Helper, Party Search, Inventory Organizer, Family System, Easter Event (Free Safety Charm)

Is Nexon perfect? No.
Should Nexon be given credit for the good things they do? Definitely.
Server Checks don't count as a patch.
Their events might be bad, but their patches are pretty good, yet all anyone ever remembers is that Nexon introduces a Cash Event and is called a money sucking leech.
TT, PB, Reverse Weapons, Monster Book, Malaysia, Dojo, KoC, Anniversary, Family System, Hammers, Skill Balancing, Maple Weapons, EXP Curve, Maker, Blessing, Area Bosses.
What kind of a patch do you want so that "Nexon doesn't suck?"
Everyone loves to compare GMS to KMS, but KMS gets these same patches, and yet KMS is lauded with praise while GMS is bastardized as a money sucking leech.
