I stopped using the MTS completely except for storage.
I had previously sunk a lot (for me) in the MTS, both in NX to start merchanting and to fund a new character's equips (since I was a poor priest at the time). I still look at my previous pages of transactions and sigh. I miss the old MTS... it was fun to find great deals on scrolled equips, to camp the WG page late at night and make 1-2k NX off some of those 8 attack WGs.
The only time I ever even considered spending anything in the MTS lately, I searched up Gen30 after they made it MTSable. Then I gave up, because I'm not willing to spend that amount out of pocket, and I can't make any NX merchanting anymore.
The new tax was a complete fail. Worst business decision I've seen them make in a while, and this is Nexon we're talking about.
