Octo- I find it useless until higher levels at boss.

Airstirke- Putting 1 point into this is useless, I find it very useful to max early.

When to max rapid fire? Just 1 point, dont start putting points until after Canon/Ship/Airstrike are maxed.

When to max battleship and bullseye: First thing you do is max battleship, as for bullseye get that after Canon/Ship/Airstrike/RF.

Will 1 torpedo be ok? Level 1 Torpedo is also useless.

In what way is this a relevant bump?
