I like to cook, with things that I can taste to some extent. With my sense of taste on a meal, I can only usually taste an overpowering taste that overpowers everything else.

i.e., spaghetti. I can only taste sauce. Even if I put loads of parmeson (Gosh, I just realized I don't know how to spell that...) cheese on it, I can only taste the sauce. Is one actually able to taste the sauce, noodles, and cheese in the dish of spaghetti? I've always just put the cheese on because it 'looks better'; not tastes better.

You usually do taste the sauce the most, but if you add cheese, the taste of cheese is pretty strong. That's why I don't usually use cheese. ;p

Must be very interesting to go through this. I dunno what I'd do if I couldn't taste food...
