EXP TNL Reduction - Level Cap Increase?

You sound like maple's full of potential pals... I cant answer for others, but my standards for making friends in game is the same as outside

Not to mention the frustration of having to find people of a particular level, especially higher up. When you drastically out-level the majority of your friends you're either stuck waiting for them to catch up, which often never happens, or forced to pick someone in your range who's still available - But lets face it, most people who are still available at that level are untouched for a reason.
