Your laptop may feel warm, but the internal temps might be much lower since the heat you feel is the dissipated heat. Also, if you see temps like 60 degrees celcius, it's kind of normal. My processor doesn't count as overheating until 100*C (although it's quick to shut off once it hits there xP).
