I'm all for it in extreme cases. For example, a tragic event happened in my town recently where a guy, who had JUST gotten out of prison, invaded a woman's home, shot her and killed her friend (who was visiting). See, I'm all for rehabilitation, but if it's obvious that prison's not doing any good and this person's only going to be a nuisance to society, then get rid of him. I'd rather not pay taxes for someone who's always going to be F'ed up like this.
