- Their/There/They're
- Than/then
because they are most often used in spoken scenarios where each of them bears little/no difference from another, but wh4t ish d4 p0int 0f t4lkin liek dis?

To, too and two are things people seem to mix up that piss me off, as well as many others listed. Sadly, even my mom gets them wrong and she's an editor. On her defense, she doesn't edit much...
