New kitten needs name!

I wouldn't think twice about it if I had a photographing device.

Oh also I have another, older cat (by 2 years) and she hates the kitten (so far, it's only been a night) anyone with multiple cats who's been through this have any suggestions on what's good/bad to do? I want them to be friends but the older one is just a peach overall so I don't know if that's possible. As we speak she's slowly creeping up behind the kitten. She keeps growling but when she reaches out to swat she just gently touches her which seems reassuring to me but maybe she's just testing to find out if the kitten is gonna eat her face suddenly. I'm keeping an eye on her at all times just to be safe.

But yeah, tips? Last time I had a second cat introduced into another cats' house I was like 8 so this is basically all new to me (I don't remember what happened (or think I cared) back then)

My mom works at a cat shelter so i've had to intro hundreds (litereally) of cats together and some of my mom/sister's cats are really bitchy towards other cats/kittens... Generally the best way to do it is to have the kitten in one room of the house (the one that has its litterbox) for the first one/two weeks so that the kitten learns where to go to find its litterbox. During this time if the older cat is interested in the kitten then allow the older cat into the room that the kitten is in (only when you are there to supervise the encounter and reassure both cats). If the older cat avoids the room then bring the kitten into the room the cat is in and while holding the kitten, give attention to the older cat. This will show your older cat that it doesn't need to fight for your affections and also desensitizes the older cat to the presence of your new kitten. After the two weeks that your kitten has been confined then allow the kitten out on excursions into the rest of the house and make note of where the older cat is. If things go well and theres no aggression between the two you should be fine. Otherwise theres a trick involving catnip toys/cat fishing pole type toys that works pretty well for faster intros/cats that tend to be pretty easy going.....
