Skeles, for sure. Partied or not, it'll be faster than oblivion monks. Even at 158 I 3 hit oblivion monks and by the time I'd be able to constantly 2 hit them my torp could easily 2/3 hit a mob of skeles. The mini dungeon of skeles makes them so mobable that torp can tear all those skeles a new one before you could make much of a dent on the monks. That being said, you should get torp to 21 in the near future
