Indeed. For example I just made another 110 overall in hopes of using these 60% GM scrolls on it using an Adv Dex, Adv Str, and Adv DC. The DC took away 4 Dex, 4 Str, 4 Def, and gave me back 1 avoid
.No more concern for GM scrolling for me this month, thanks.
And I don't think any Maker-able items (all above level 50) would have def that low to start with.
