So would you find it okay if a pedophile would creep around the bushes, and take pictures of your little kids, and then do things with the photos...? I don't think you would just say "Oh, its fine as long as you don't touch my kids you can do it" or else you really aren't getting the point.

That's called Stalking. A Restraining Order should solve it.

Honestly, I find it a waste of my tax money to support the bad seeds of the society that kill others. My ,and many of your tax money feed the Prisoners, which is a waste in my opinion, because people that hurt others on purpose, and harm or even kill them don't deserve to eat. Rather have the taxes go somewhere else than Prisons

They don't deserve to eat? So someone has a bad shot and kills a store clerk while he's robbing the place instead of hitting his arm/scaring him by hitting the shelves, and they no longer deserve food? Please elaborate as to how you arrived at that.
