No change to the calculation will do what you want - the simple fact is AMs and Bishops are killing up to 16 times more than other classes.
The difference the KMS change would make is that you would get less - They'd get more because they'd get full credit for thier kills while you get nothing.
It's not having what you want - It's wanting what you've got.
